Hire Charges

Private Individuals and Non-Represented organisations 

Weekdays 

Weekdays 8.00am to 6.00pm daytime £12.50 per hour 

Monday to Thursday 6.00pm to midnight, evenings £75.00 per evening 

 

Weekends: limited hiring 

Saturday & Sunday 8.00am to 6.00pm daytime £15.00 per hour 

Friday, Saturday & Sunday 6.00pm to midnight £200.00 per evening 

 

Whole weekend events 

i) Saturday 8.00am to Sunday midnight, two days  £500.00 

ii) Saturday or Sunday 8.00am to midnight, single day  £300.00 

iii) Friday evening to Sunday morning (eg. Wedding Reception) £500.00 

(Bank holiday Fridays and Mondays are viewed as additional Saturdays or Sundays and are charged in the same manner) 

 

DAMAGE & CLEANING DEPOSIT 

Evening event (from 6.00pm to Midnight) £50.00 

All day and evening event  £100.00

Represented Organisations discounted rates

Weekdays 8.00am to 6.00pm daytime and evenings £7.50 per hr for initial 15 hrs per week

Evenings Sunday to Thursday 6.00pm to midnight.  then £5.50 per hr for remainder of week

Hire of Bar

The bar is hired separately from the Hall on discussion with the Licensees.

No alcoholic drinks may be sold or consumed during hiring of the Hall without agreement with the Licensees. Please ask for contact details. 

The hire of the bar is FREE for evening functions (from 7pm to 11pm). However, for functions where the bar is required from mid-afternoon to 11.00pm, weddings for example, there will be 

a £100 charge.

Additionally, we do not charge corkage for alcohol provided at private functions or brought by individuals for their personal consumption, providing the bar has not been booked.
